First things first, make sure you don’t have any typo’s in the offer code. If it’s still not working, it could be that the offer code has expired. Those are the easy ones out of the way. A few other reasons are; there is already a discount or offer code applied to your basket, or your basket doesn’t meet the requirements – for example, sometimes there is a minimum amount you need to spend or the code only applies to certain products.

Really simple – you’ll see a gift note section once you’re in your cart. It will be underneath your product selection and above the subtotal. You’re so kind!

You can add a gift note to any order for free. Simply add your note at the checkout and it will be added to one of our 3 branded postcards.

Hold tight. The space to add your offer code comes at the second stage of the checkout. Once you’ve pressed ‘check out’, you’ll see the promotional code box next to where you fill in your address details.

We like to think we’ve made it easy to pay. We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, PayPal and Klarna.

Shipping

Good news – we offer free delivery on all UK orders over £20.

At the moment we ship to UK and limited European countries (Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Isle Of Man, Italy, Kosovo, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Holy See (Vatican City State), Dominican Republic). We’re working on adding more countries to the list when we can.

It means that we don’t currently ship to your country. Please get in touch and we may be able to provide a bespoke cost for shipping however please note, we hate to be ‘computer says no’ but it may not be possible as we’ve had a few issues with international shipping due the current pandemic.

Orders

Added the wrong address? It happens to the best of us! We may be able to change some elements of your order. Email us as soon as possible (and if you haven’t already received a dispatch notification) and you might be in luck.

If it hasn’t left the building, you can cancel your order. Please let us know as soon as possible and before you’ve received a dispatch confirmation. If you’re ever not happy with your products please see our refund policy here.

How frustrating – we’re really sorry. It happens from time to time that the products haven’t travelled well in the post, if this is the case please get in touch and send any photos you can and we’ll take it from there.

Ok, don’t panic. We’ve got this. If you ordered more than seven days ago, get in touch and let us know. We’re noticing some orders are taking longer than usual due to the ongoing crisis but we can always look into the order tracking for you. If it’s been less than seven days, sit tight for now. We know you’re desperate to get your hands on the goods but they’re probably just a little delayed. You’ll always find the tracking number in your dispatch notification email too.

This is frustrating. We know. We’ll try to explain. All credit card payment providers have an authorization period to allow a charge to be made to a customer's credit card. The authorisation period first checks that the credit card is valid, and then that the card has enough funds on it for the transaction. Whilst it may look like a transaction at first, it’s purely this pre-authorisation period. The length of which is all down to your credit card provider. If you think the charge is still there but you haven’t placed an order, get in touch and we’ll look into it right away.

Product

We're working hard to have many of our products made from 100% recycled material. At the moment, many of these have a percentage made from recycled plastic. All our packaging is recyclable, but you may need to check locally as it does vary depending on your location. We’ll always make this clear on pack to make it easy for you too and you can head <here> for a more detailed breakdown on what you can recycle.

Easy. All of our products are between 97-100% natural and we’ll always let you know on pack and on our website. We won’t hide anything in the small print.

Yes. Being natural is a non-negotiable for us. We pack as many natural ingredients into our products as we can. They’re all between 97-100% naturally derived and we’ll always tell you, like the proud parents we are.

All our products have been formulated with the safest, most natural ingredients for use across all life stages. However if you have any concerns regards an ingredient specific to you and your body, we always recommend speaking to a medical practitioner before using a product.

The majority of our products are 100% vegan and any products that aren’t are simply because the non-vegan ingredient offers a significant performance benefit to make the product the highest quality possible. But don’t worry, we’ll always make sure you can easily tell if one of our products is vegan or not.  The only products that aren’t vegan are Wonder Worker and Lip Service.

Absolutely! We never have and never will test our products on animals – apart from our own little animals (children) at home of course.

You’ll notice two things on our packs. A little symbol, like an open pot, which will usually say ‘12m’. This means the product is good for 12 months once opened.

It’s really up to you. We’ve got a few different pillow sprays that are targeted at different age groups. Our Very Hungry Caterpillar Pillow Spray is suitable from newborn and then we have our Matilda and BFG Pillow Sprays that are generally used once your children are a little older. But it often comes down to personal preference with the fragrance. If there’s anything you’re not sure of – we’re not doctors so we’d recommend checking with your health professional to ensure you’re 100% happy.

Mostly, it’s down to the fragrance which has been carefully put together by our fragrance guru. The BFG and Matilda Pillow Sprays had to smell like happy dreams to us, so they’re fragranced with Sweet Orange, Eucalyptus Bergamot, Satsuma, Lavender and Patchouli and we hope you’ll agree!

What’s one of the best smells in the world? A newborn baby. This was the brief for our Very Hungry Caterpillar and Enormous Crocodile Pillow Sprays, so the Sicilian Lavender, Ylang Ylang, Jasmine, Amber and Mandarin really work hard here.

Finally the piece de resistance, our All Night Long Calming Sleep spray – this one’s for the adults and our precious Frankincense is the hero. Alongside notes of lavender, lemongrass, chamomile and ylang ylang – there’s nothing else like it.
