Shipping policy

Postage and delivery

We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible, usually within 24 hours (Monday - Friday). Prices depend on the value and in some cases, weight of your order and delivery options will be displayed during the checkout process. Please note that delivery times are not guaranteed and some parcels can take slightly longer due to postal delays, especially during busy times.

Cost and timings for orders from within the UK:

UK Free Standard Delivery (order values over £25) - £0.00.

Delivery via Royal Mail – 3-5 working days (Monday - Friday)

UK Standard Delivery (order values under £25) - £2.95. 

Delivery via Royal Mail – 3-5 working days (Monday - Friday)

UK Next Day Delivery - £4.50

Delivery via Royal Mail - order before 3pm GMT Monday to Friday for delivery the following day. Orders placed over the weekend will be prioritised on the Monday and delivered on the Tuesday. 

Please be aware, in some areas there may be delays with Royal Mail deliveries.

International orders:

We currently ship to most worldwide destinations and the costs will be shown to you at checkout.

Zone 1 (includes Belgium, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Ireland) - £15

Zone 2 (includes Austria, Croatia, Cyprus, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Malta, Norway, Poland, Portugal Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey and Israel) - £20

Zone 3 - USA - £16

Zone 4 (includes Australia, Canada, China, Hong Kong, Japan, New Zealand, Singapore, UAE, South Korea, Vietnam, South Africa) - £23

Our international orders are normally shipped via DHL. Within Europe orders normally arrive within 5-7 days and to the rest of the world anywhere between 7-14 days. As with parcels sent within the UK, some parcels can take slightly longer due to postal delays. Parcels may also be delayed by customs procedures as customs duty may need to be paid before your parcel can be delivered in some non-UK countries.

Country not listed at checkout?

If your country is not listed at checkout we will also need to quote you for the delivery costs. As above, please email us via hello@bloomandblossom.com letting us know what you would like to order and the delivery address so we can quote accurately on weight and destination.

Customs, Duty and Taxes:

It is a legal requirement that we declare the full value of the goods (not including shipping charges) on all packages destined outside the UK, and shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
 

Late or non delivery



We aim to process and send out your order as quickly as possible. If you have not received your order within 7 working days, please contact Bloom and Bloom customer services: hello@bloomandblossom.com

It is your responsibility to ensure the address and shipping information is correct when you place an order. We will not be liable for any addresses entered incorrectly. In addition, any ‘safe’ delivery place is your responsibly and we will not be liable for any loss if you have asked a 3rd party delivery service to leave an order anywhere except handing the order to someone at the shipping address on your order.

 

Returns

We want you to be 100% happy with your Bloom and Blossom products and gifts. In the unlikely event that an order is lost, damaged, delayed or faulty, please let us know as soon as you are aware and within 14 days of delivery for damaged or defective goods. Before returning an item to us please contact us at hello@bloomandblossom.com.

Please take due care when returning items and ensure they are suitably protected for transit. You will be responsible for the items and postage costs until they reach us. Goods must be returned to us and subject to us being satisfied that such a defect exists and has not been caused by incorrect storage or handling we will credit you in full by your original payment method or send you a replacement order. We won’t be able to cover for any other damages or losses beyond that of refunding or replacing your order, including your original delivery charge.

If an error has been made on our behalf we will refund you for the return postage accordingly.

If you fail to return the goods or send them at our expense, without prior agreement we will charge you for the direct costs of recovery.

Once received, we will process your return as soon as possible and at the very latest within 30 days. Your credit or debit card provider determines the time taken to credit your card. This is usually between 10-15 business days. We will notify you once we have credited your card.
