Delivery & Returns


Postage and delivery

We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible, usually within 24 hours. Prices depend on the value of your order and delivery options will be displayed during the checkout process. Please note that delivery times are not guaranteed and some parcels can take slightly longer due to postal delays, especially during busy times.


Orders from within the UK:

UK Free Standard Delivery (order values over £20) - £0.00.

Delivery via Royal Mail – 2 -5 working days.

UK Standard Delivery (order values under £20) - £2.95. 

Delivery via Royal Mail – 2 -5 working days.


Orders from within Europe:

Western Europe - £20. Regions including Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Sweden, Switzerland.

Eastern Europe - £25. Regions including Armenia, Azerbaijan, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Russia.

Southern Europe - £25. Regions including Italy, Spain, Croatia, Greece, Serbia, Bulgaria, Turkey, Cyprus, Kosovo, Macedonia, Montenegro, Slovenia, Malta.


Orders from the rest of the world:

International shipping - £30.

Our international orders are normally shipped via Airmail to the destination country and then via your local postal service. Within Europe orders normally arrive within 5-7 days and to the rest of the world anywhere between 7-14 days. As with parcels sent within the UK, some parcels can take slightly longer due to postal delays. Parcels may also be delayed by customs procedures as customs duty may need to be paid before your parcel can be delivered in some non-EU countries.


Customs, Duty and Taxes:

It is a legal requirement that we declare the full value of the goods (not including shipping charges) on all packages destined outside the European Union, and shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Late or non delivery

We aim to process and send out your order as quickly as possible. If you have not received your order within 7 working days, please contact Bloom and Bloom customer services: info@bloomandblossom.com.


We want you to be 100% happy with your Bloom and Blossom products and gifts. In the unlikely event that an order is lost, damaged, delayed or faulty, please let us know as soon as you are aware and within 7 days of delivery for damaged or defective goods. Before returning an item to us please contact us at info@bloomandblossom.com.

Please take due care when returning items and ensure they are suitably protected for transit. You will be responsible for the items and postage costs until they reach us. Goods must be returned to us and subject to us being satisfied that such a defect exists and has not been caused by incorrect storage or handling we will credit you in full by your original payment method or send you a replacement order. We won’t be able to cover for any other damages or losses beyond that of refunding or replacing your order, including your original delivery charge.

If an error has been made on our behalf we will refund you for the return postage accordingly.

If you fail to return the goods or send them at our expense, without prior agreement we will charge you for the direct costs of recovery.

Once received, we will process your return as soon as possible and at the very latest within 30 days. Your credit or debit card provider determines the time taken to credit your card. This is usually between 10-15 business days. We will notify you once we have credited your card.
